I was employed as a Technical support specialist to help with user and customer support in the
company.
This involved 99.9% uptime for web and mobile applications, 100% onsite-off site backup of data
within the agreed timelines, 99.9% resolution of support tickets, 0 cyber security related
incidents,
delivery of vendor driven projects on time and within the agreed budget, and 70% adoption of Ms
Office 365 collaboration and communication tools.
Since I also had experience in sof tware development, I was also involved in the development of
the
backend for the Tinga mobile application. The tech stack technologies used for the backend was
Java and Spring Boot.
We managed to create a full fledged application to be used by famers to book their preferred
tractor service(s) at a click of a button and truck it right to their farm.
